Resources

I will post all the resources that I find and feel are valuable to financial literacy and personal financial planning here.

Free-Ed.net – a great resource for free education on a variety of subject, but I recommend checking out the courses on finance and accounting.

Young Investor – This is an awesome site that breaks down some real world stock market concepts to the level that kids and teens can understand.  It also has a section for parents and teachers.

The Stock Market Game -  Teach kids how to invest a hypothetical $100,000.00 in the market.  They are playing a game that is teaching real skills in the market today.

Youngbiz – This site is really something.  It tracks several teen entrepreneurs and their achievements.  If your kid ever has an “I can’t do anything about it, I’m just one kid” moments, send ‘em here.  There are some really amazing success stories here.
